Delivery Terms


There is no delivery charge for Gift Vouchers. For all other products there is a standard delivery rate applied at the checkout. You may collect your order from the Salon and we will advise you when it is ready.

Orders will be despatched as quickly as possible - please allow at least 7 days.

Once despatched your order is in the hands of the mail service and we have no control over the delivery process.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase that you make from us. However, we do understand that there may be rare occasions when you wish to return an item.

If you are unhappy with any product for any reason please contact us immediately. We will send a replacement as long as the item is returned to ourselves, in its original condition and packaging, within 7 days of receipt. Alternatively, we will refund you in full.

The use of a recorded delivery service for any returns is highly recommended for your own protection.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancelling an Order

You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 7 days of receipt. You will be refunded in full, provided the items have not been despatched, or after they have been returned to ourselves in their original condition and packaging.



We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for two reasons: to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not contact you in the future unless we need to contact you in response to an order or an enquiry you have made from us.

The type of information we will collect about you includes your name, address, phone number and email address.

Your credit or debit card details will only be retained by WorldPay and their acquiring bank. WorldPay processes your payment and arranges with us for your goods or services to be dispatched. In the case of a suspected fraudulent transaction, card details may be disclosed to us by WorldPay for the sole purpose of performing further checks. We are not permitted to retain these details.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
